• On Thursday, it was announced by Ari Behn’s spokesman that the author had died from suicide
  • Behn was married to Princess Märtha Louise from 2002 to 2017 when the couple officially got divorced
  • Conspiracy theorists immediately began piecing together a theory that claims Kevin Spacey murdered Ari Behn
  • In 2017, Behn claimed Spacey had grabbed his testicles and asked him to come to smoke a cigarette on a radio interview with P4
  • Some have embellished the truth and claim Behn to be the third Spacey accuser to die this year

Not even 24 hours after the announcement of his death some Internet users began claiming Kevin Spacey murdered Ari Behn. According to Behn’s spokesperson, the former son-in-law of Norway’s King died from suicide.

Ari Behn Marries Princess Märtha Louise

Behn was an author who married Princess Märtha Louise in 2002. Shortly after their wedding, the King granted Louise the title of her Royal Highness. The couple announced their pending divorce in 2016 which was finalized in 2017. “The marriage is over, but we stand together as parents,” the Princess said. The couple had three children together, Maud, Leah, and Emma.

It’s unspeakably sad for both of us to discover that the road ahead doesn’t run as it once did. Like so many others, we’ve grown apart. We’ve tried everything over a long period of time … but it’s impossible for us to go on.

Princess Märtha Louise Via People

Following the news breaking of Behn’s death, some began to point to something else that happened in 2017. Conspiracy theorists believe that Behn’s death could be related to accusing Spacey of groping him on P4 in December 2017. Behn is said to be the third of Spacey’s accusers to die this year, which holds some truth.

Why People Think Kevin Spacey Murdered Ari Behn

According to Behn, Spacey asked him to join him for a cigarette while grabbing his testicles. Before the incident, Behn said the two “had a great talk.” Behn went on to say, “He sat right beside me.” Spacey has been accused of sexual abuse and sexual harassment by a list of men.

After five minutes he said, ‘hey, let’s go out and have a cigarette’. Then he puts his hand under the table and grabs me by the balls.

Kevin Spacey’s Creepy Kill Them With Kindness Video

Some have pointed to a creepy video Spacey released days before Behn’s death on his YouTube channel titled “KTWK,” which stands for “Kill Them With Kindness.” The video starts with Spacey saying, “You didn’t really think I was going to miss the opportunity to wish you a Merry Christmas, did you?” In the video, Spacey is acting as his House of Cards character Frank Underwood.

Is Kevin Spacey Straight-Up Murdering His Accusers

Online forums have begun to flourish with conspiracy theories suggesting Spacey is murdering his accusers. The Daily Dot even released an article titled “Is Kevin Spacey straight-up murdering his accusers?” Like most, the Spacey murdering his accusers’ theory is based on an exaggeration of reality.

The Bizarre Story Of Linda Culkin

The first of Spacey’s alleged accusers to die was 59-year-old Linda Louise Culkin. Culkin was killed in a car wreck while crossing Burgin Parkway in Quincy, Massachusetts. While many refer to Culkin as a Spacey accuser, they often leave out a few parts of the story.

Culkin was a nursing assistant with admitted mental health issues who was reportedly obsessed with Spacey and had even threatened to kill him. Culkin’s well-known mental issues would end up getting her into serious legal problems. In 2014 Culkin was sentenced to 51 months in prison, three years supervised release and ordered to pay over $125,000 in fines by U.S. District Court Judge George A. O’Toole for “sending bomb threats, anthrax and other threats through U.S. mail, e-mail and Twitter.”

According to the Department of Justice, Culkin sent bomb, anthrax, and other death threats to several victims and their workplaces in the United States and abroad from 2009 through the end of 2011. Investigators claimed the threats were in the dozens but one victim estimated over a thousand.

Culkin Sent Bomb And Anthrax Threats Through The Mail

One of Culkin’s bomb threats in a “foreign city” caused police in the area to evacuate a building and close off a neighborhood for two hours near the biggest train station in the country. One of her hoax anthrax letters included a letter that had a white powder in it that reportedly “flew in the air” when opened and caused people to be quarantined until it was found to be a hoax.

Culkin stopped sending threats through the mail once police questioned her about mailing threats. At that point, Culkin mainly relied upon the Internet to make her threats. Culkin never used her home computer to send threats via email and Twitter. Instead, Culkin used the computers at her work, a friend’s apartment, and at a public library where she was recorded by surveillance cameras on a computer making a threat.

By no means should we ignore the accusation of those that struggle with mental illness, but maybe the woman mailing bomb threats and hoax anthrax letters to people is not the most reliable of Spacey’s accusers? As far as it appears, there is no evidence to suggest Culkin has ever met Spacey, let alone been assaulted by him.

John Doe Dies During Lawsuit Against Spacey

The second death is actually what conspiracists say it is. A mysterious death in the middle of a lawsuit against Spacey. In September court records showed an anonymous massage therapist that accused Spacey of sexual battery and assault died before the case ever went to trial. The massage therapist was named as “John Doe” in the personal injury lawsuit.

The notice of death was filed in U.S. Central District Court by Spacey’s attorney about a year after the case was originally filed. The filing said that on September 11, Genie Harrison—the attorney for Doe—informed Spacey’s attorney their client had “recently passed,” but no other information was given. Harrison characterized the filing by Spacey’s team as an “undignified, insensitive and inappropriate” move made in “an attempt to gain the advantage of a ticking clock.”

Out of professional responsibility, we notified Spacey’s counsel of Mr. Doe’s passing. We explained our intent to allow his family more time to get past their immediate, paralyzing grief and begin settling his affairs before we filed a death notice with the court — which is our prerogative as his counsel. Spacey ignored our request for compassion and filed the notice yesterday without our consent.

Geni Harrison Via LA Times

There is no deadline for filing a party’s death notice, but once it is filed a 90-day countdown begins for the family to decide if an estate will be opened and substitute the party’s place. If the estate is not substituted the court may drop the case. “Filing the notice yesterday was unnecessary and contemptible. I’m not surprised, however, that Spacey prematurely filed the notice in an attempt to gain the advantage of a ticking clock. Mr. Doe’s family must now open his estate at the same time as planning a funeral and processing their grief,” Harrison said.

At this point, there does not appear to be any evidence suggesting Doe’s family or loved ones believe Spacey was involved in his death outside of Internet forums that seem to claim with absolutely no supporting evidence.

A Look Back At The Original Accusers Against Kevin Spacey That Came Forward In 2017

Anthony Rapp

There is a long list of men that came forward against Spacey in 2017. It all started with Anthony Rapp, an actor on Star Trek: Discovery. Rapp accused Spacey of making sexual advances towards him when he was only 14-years-old. The incident allegedly occurred in Spacey’s New York apartment. Production of House of Cards was shut down following Rapp’s accusation.

Following the accusation, Spacey released a bizarre apology statement and also decided it was a good time to come out as a gay man. In the statement, Spacey neither admitted or denied Rapp’s claim. Instead, Spacey started by saying he has “a lot of respect and admiration for Anthony Rapp as an actor.” Spacey went on to say he could not remember if the incident occurred but if it did, “I owe him the sincerest apology for what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior.”

Roberto Cavazos

Mexican actor Roberto Cavazos claimed in a Facebook post that Spacey not only tried to fondle him but also suggested the actor was known for sexually assaulting young male actors at the Old Vic theater in London. “When he was director of the old Vic Theatre we know that they will be many more who dare to tell their stories in the next few days and weeks,” Cavazos wrote.

it seems that it just needed to be a male under 30 so that Mr. Spacey felt free to touch us. It was so common that it even became a local joke (very bad taste).

Daniel Beal

A bar employee named Daniel Beal told The Sun that while he was having a cigarette on break, Spacey sat on the bench beside him. Spacey flashed Beal his privates and said, “It’s big, isn’t it?” The actor then grabbed Beal’s hand and tried to pull it towards his penis. Beal was disgusted and went back to work at the bar. Spacey followed the 19-year-old and insisted he take his expensive watch.

Beal said he later realized Spacey was trying to buy his silence. According to Beal he “felt dirty” wearing the watch and ended up selling the watch the next day for $4,200 (£3,200). Around the same time, Spacey checked himself into Meadows Clinic, a luxury $36,000-a-month rehab center in Arizona.

Justin Dawes

Justin Dawes told BuzzFeed News in 1988 when he was 16-years-old, Spacey—then 29-years-old—gave him a cocktail and played pornography for him. Dawes met Spacey after a performance of the play National Anthems. Spacey invited Dawes and his friends over after the play.

Dawes said he nad his friends arrived at Spacey’s apartment—a “bare” apartment he had rented for the play—and he began making them cocktails. Spacey was playing gay pornography on the TV in the living room. Dawes said the encounter was “awkward” and that Spacey never addressed the gay pornography playing on the TV. While Dawes did say the incident was “sleazy and manipulative,” he also said “it was not … intimidating or pushy.” During the interview, Dawes did say that Spacey knew he was just in high school.

He knew that I was in high school. It was pretty clear. It’s not like I was pretending to be an older, cooler person.

Mark Ebenhoch

In 1995, 35-year-old Mark Ebenhoch was a military adviser working on the set of Outbreak with Spacey playing Lt. Col. Casey Schuler. According to Ebenhoch, Spacey had a group of young males assistants who hung out in his trailer. Ebenhoch said some even referred to it as Spacey’s “harem.”

With about a month left of filming, one of Spacey’s assistants asked Ebenhoch to Spacey’s trailer following the crew’s lunch break. “They asked flat out to engage in a sexual act. It was enough to stun me. It blew me away,” Ebenhoch told BuzzFeed News. Ebenhoch was shocked and immediately turned down the offer, mainly due to fear others on set would learn he was gay. Ebenhoch is openly gay now but was not at the time of the incident.

As a military adviser the last thing you’d want anyone to know is that you were gay.

Harry Dreyfuss

The son of actor Richard Dreyfuss, Harry Dreyfus, claimed Spacey groped his genitals when he was 18-years-old. Harry published a self-written account of what happened through BuzzFeed. He claimed the incident happened when Spacey was directing his father in a play at the Old Vic in London and said Rapp was his inspiration for coming forward.

Harry accused Spacey of being a “sexual predator” but went on to say he “still never thought talking about it seriously was ever an option.” Spacey’s press representative Todd Rubenstein did not comment at the time of the allegation. Bryan Freedman—a lawyer representing Spacey—denied harry’s account in a statement that read, “Let me be clear, Mr. Spacey absolutely denies the allegations.”

It happened one night when the three of us were alone in Kevin’s apartment rehearsing my father’s lines. My father didn’t see, and I didn’t tell him about the incident for many years. Instead, I spent the next nine years telling people the story at parties for laughs.

Tony Montana

Filmmaker Tony Montana told USA Today that Spacey “grabbed my whole package” in a bar in 2003. Montana said Spacey was drunk and confronted him at the Coronet Pub in Los Angeles, California. According to Montana, Spacey told him “This designates ownership” as he groped his genitals.

Montana said he grabbed Spacey’s thumb and turned it back in a martial arts move to get him to stop. Spacey—described at the time as being falling-down drunk—then followed Montana to the bathroom and practically fell on him. “I pushed him back, backed him out of the bathroom and told his friends, ‘Time to take your boy home,'” Montana said.

At the time of the incident, Montana was scared to say anything due to a project he was working on, the 2003 documentary, Overnight. Overnight was about filmmaker Troy Duffy who had been blacklisted by Harvey Weinstein. Montana was afraid if he spoke up about Spacey, Weinstein might have discovered his project and made it difficult to be released.

I couldn’t tell anyone what I was doing lest it get back to Harvey and he’d sue me before I could get insurance (for the film). And I was reluctant because I thought nothing would come of it.

Kris Nixon

Kris Nixon, a 30-year-old bartender from Belfast, Northern Ireland, worked at the Lounge34 cocktail bar in the Waterloo district in London in 2007 when he was invited to a party at Spacey’s apartment. Nixon had went to the party with a female friend.

Nixon told People that Spacey came and sat next to him and stared at him for a few seconds “in a really weird way.” He then asked Nixon if his friend was his girlfriend. Nixon responded with “the sort of universal hand signal for yes and no.” That was when Spacey allegedly reached over and “grabbed my dick through my jeans and said ‘I can blow you better than her,” according to Nixon.

Then he looked back towards my friend and said to me ‘Is that your girlfriend?’ I made the sort of universal hand signal for yes and no, and he reached over and grabbed my d— through my jeans and said ‘I can blow you better than her. He had only been there for three maybe four seconds. I was just stunned by the whole thing. I didn’t reply. I didn’t say s—. I just stood up, went over to her and said, ‘Look, we’ve got to go’, and we left. There were between a dozen to 20 other people there — a lot of people. You’d think that people working in that theatre would know what he did.

Anonymous Bartender

London police said they were investigating an allegation against Spacey that occurred in 2008. The victim wanted to remain anonymous out of fear of retaliation. Officers from Scotland Yard’s child abuse and sexual offenses team were said to be looking into the allegation. The incident was said to have occurred while Spacey was working in the UK capital as the artistic director of the Old Vic theatre.

On 1 November, City of London police referred an allegation of sexual assault to the Metropolitan police service. It is alleged a man assaulted another man in 2008 in Lambeth. Officers from the child abuse and sexual offences command are investigating.

Anonymous New York Actor

An anonymous New York actor claimed to have a sexual relationship with Spacey in 1983 when he was only 14. Spacey was 24. The victim said he first met Spacey in 1981 when the actor was a guest teacher at a weekend acting class he took in Westchester County. The two met again in line for Shakespeare in the Park shortly after Spacey had made his Broadway debut in Henrik Ibsen’s Ghosts a year prior. The victim claimed Spacey gave him his number and they soon began a sexual relationship.

The victim claimed he called Spacey the next day and ended up going to his apartment on the Upper West Side. “We talked a little bit, but it was more like, ‘You know why you’re here, I know why we’re here.’ I don’t remember a lot of conversation. I remember a lot of physical activity,” the victim told The Vulture. After meeting three or four more times, the victim ended the relationship with Spacey after he claims the actor attempted to rape him.

He did not say. He just did. I guess he must have come up behind me and yanked down my baggy jeans, and he goes to fuck me and I’m like, “No, I don’t want to.” And he pushes hard, and grabs me, and starts shoving up against my asshole, and it hurts like a motherfucker. I again tell him no, and he tries again. I am strong enough, thank God, both somewhere in my brain and in my body, to get him off of me. I’m sturdy, thankfully. I throw him off of me and I run crying down the stairs and out into the street and then suck it all up and go have dinner.

Anonymous Production Assistant

A former production assistant told CNN that Spacey sexually assaulted him during one of the show’s early seasons. In total, eight people who spoke to CNN but wanted to remain anonymous due to fear for their professional repercussions described Spacey’s behavior on the set as “predatory.”

The production assistant claimed that he and Spacey were just minutes away from the set in a car when the assault occurred. Spacey was driving and suddenly put his hands down the production assistant’s pants. He said the touching was nonconsensual. Once back on the set, the production assistant helped Spacey take his belongings to his on-set trailer. Once inside the trailer, Spacey blocked him from existing and made inappropriate contact with him.

I told him, ‘I don’t think I’m ok with this, I don’t think I’m comfortable with this,'” the production assistant said. That’s when the actor became “visibly flustered.”

Anonymous Brittish Journalist

An anonymous British journalist—at the time of the incident in his twenties—told BuzzFeed News he had been sexually assaulted by Spacey in the early 2000s while interviewing the actor for a national magazine. The interview happened in Spacey’s office at the Old Vic theater. The journalist said Spacey was “charming and doing impressions of Jack Lemmon” during the interview. Spacey asked the journalist if he wanted to go out with some friends to grab some drinks.

According to the journalist, as soon as they arrived at the club Spacey’s demeanor changed for the worse. “He just kept reaching between my legs and, you know, just grabbing my dick,” the journalist said. The journalist said he tried to move Spacey’s hand away and play it off at first but then he began getting annoyed by it when he would not stop.

I got up to leave at one point, and [Spacey] sort of grabbed me, and tried to make me stay. I ended up sitting back down. He kept rubbing my leg. I moved seats. He came over and sat next to me again. I was trying not to make a big scene, because I had an assignment to write about him. So it wasn’t clear to me that I should just, like, knock his teeth out, or something. I was in a weird dynamic of I wanted to be able to do my story.

Anonymous Kevin Spacey Accuser Via BuzzFeed News

A man identified only by the fake name “John” told the Victoria Derbyshire he woke up to Spacey laying on him when he was just a teenager. According to John, Spacey invited him to spend the weekend in New York and it soon became clear the actor was interested in “a way [he] wasn’t.” While in New York, John claimed Spacey asked him to share his bed. John declined the offer and slept on his couch but still woke up with Spacey’s arms around him.

John does not believe anything sexual happened but did say, “I was uncomfortable at best, traumatized at worst.” John said he first met Spacey in 1984 at a summer theatre when he was 16. The two exchanged letters over the following year until Spacey invited him to New York when he was 17. John said on the second day of Spacey becoming affectionate towards him he “burst into tears because [he] couldn’t articulate any more what was happening to [him].” He went on to admit, “I was scared.” Spacey backed off of the teenager at that point.

I burst into tears because I couldn’t articulate any more what was happening to me. I was scared.

William Little

Heather Unruh—a former TV news anchor in Boston—held a press conference to accuse Spacey of sexually assaulting her son, William Little, when he was 18 at a bar in Nantucket, Massachusetts in 2016. Unruh said Little claimed he was of legal age to drink, so “Spacey bought him drink after drink after drink and when my son was drunk, Spacey made his move and sexually assaulted him.” Spacey was trying to get Little to go to an afterparty but a concerned bystander asked Little if he was okay. Little responded he was not okay. The female bystander told him to run and he did.

In July, the criminal groping case against Spacey took an unexpected turn during a pretrial hearing regarding a missing cellphone that was believed to be critical to both sides. It was at this time Little pleaded his 5th Amendment right against self-incrimination. Judge Thomas Barrett was forced to immediately strike Little’s testimony. Barrett had ordered Little and his family to testify about what happened to his cellphone that went missing months prior. Spacey’s legal team, led by Los Angeles defense attorney Alan Jackson, demanded the case be dismissed immediately.

This entire case is completely compromised. This case needs to be dismissed, and it needs to be dismissed today.

Andy Holtzman

Andy Holtzman had only told close friends about his experience with Spacey in 1981 for decades. Holtzman had just received his first major job out of college at the New York Shakespeare Festival’s Public Theater where he ran the fledgling film program. One day in his office, Spacey walked in and sat at an empty desk. Holtzman knew who Spacey was at the time. He was still just an up-and-coming actor with a minor role in Henry IV Part 1.

Holtzman said within minutes Spacey was “all over” him without saying anything verbally. “The aggression was certainly more than a grope,” Holtzman said. After Holtzman managed to push Spacey off and scream at him, he told USA Today the actor “theatrically stepped back, incredibly angry, grabbed his coat and bag, stormed out and slammed the door.”

Within minutes, wordlessly, he was up and all over me,” Holtzman says. “The aggression was certainly more than a grope. When I was finally able to push him off and scream (at him), he theatrically stepped back, incredibly angry, grabbed his coat and bag, stormed out and slammed the door.
